• Print the form
• Complete the Brokerage Account Application
• In order for your account to be opened promptly and accurately please legibly print all of your information. In addition please do not use white-out or cross out any information.
• Complete the Corporate Account Certification form
• Complete the Guaranty Agreement
• Complete the One Person Corporation Certification
• The Brokerage Account Application and Corporate Account Certificate must be signed by the sole officer
• Mail the application to your local Scottrade office
